State's jobless rate stuck at 8.5% in July


Colorado's unemployment rate remained unchanged in July at 8.5 percent, even as employers added 3,200 jobs, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment reported Friday.

North Dakota had the lowest rate, 3.3 percent, followed by Nebraska, 4.1 percent.
